Scene 1

-Main Male Lead (MML- Dakarai): -Audible groan/huffs.
-Dog #1: barking
-MML: “Keep that thing away from me.”
-MML: sighs in disgusts
Scene 3
-More audible groans/ sigh
- “Break up” [distorted/echo sound]
Scene 4
-Extra #1(Female Voice): “Take the
trash out!”
-MML: [groan of annoyance]
Scene 5
-MML: Sigh in defeat
Scene 6
-Faye the dog: “Bark, bark” (barking)
Scene 7
- Main Male Lead (MML- Dakarai): Tired huffing
- No dialogue
Scene 8
-MML: More tired huffing
-MML: (screams in terror)
- MML “Get it away!”
Scene 9
-Main Female lead (MFL-Jakira): “Who
are you?”
-MFL: “Why are you in my house?”
-MML: “I think I’m in love.”
-MML: your beauti-
Scene 10-
-MFL:” Hey!”
-MML: “HOLY SHI- “
Shooting
Script
Scene 1-
-Non
diegetic: Nature like sounds of the beach/birds will be heard/crashing of waves
-Establishing
shots of the beach can be seen on the screen
- Non diegetic:
Upbeat Song immediately fades in
- The male
lead can be seen jogging past the screen (He enters then exits)
- There is a
close up on his legs as he is running, and a title is introduced.
-A back
angle is shown, and two more titles are introduced.
- Another
close up is done but towards his face rather than legs. As his face us clearly
being shown the name of the actor appears.
Lighting:
High key lighting (bright)
Scene
2-
Music fades
out.
Diegetic
sound: huffs and puffs of the male lead.
Nondiegetic:
subtle upbeat background music/ background noises
Th male lead
comes to a stop and catches his breath.
-He the n
checks his wrist for reasons specifically unknown but fairly common to the audience.
- An extra
with a dog passes by and the male lead shown obvious distress
Diegetic
sound: barking
-The male
back away in fear as the dog nears his feet
- The male points
at the women and yells at her alerting her of his discomfort. The women then
begrudgingly lurs her dog away from the individual.
- The male
lead breathes a sigh of relief.
The lighting
is still bright as the location remains the same.
Scene
3
Diegetic sound:
ringtone notification of a phone
-The male
lead reaches for his phone and opens to his text messages
-The close
up allows the audience to read the text which indicate between the main lead
and his now former lover
-another
close up signals out the words break up
-The male
lead hopelessly drops his arms to the side as his inner thoughts peek out and
indicate his confusion sadness and worry
-A close up
shows his mortified expression at the results of the bad news.
Scene 4
-The main
title scene is displayed. Little animations of animals can be seen as well.
Diegetic
sound: animal noises (barking, roaring)
Nondiegetic
sound: upbeat music
-Establishing
shot of the new location (house of the main male lead)
- The main
male lead is seen face down on his bed.
The lighting
is low key. Dark and gloomy.
The main
lead turns his head towards his desk and spots a picture of him and his former lover.
-
He
then turns on his back and is yelled and order form a voice in the house. He groans.
Scene 5
-He reluctantly
walks towards the trash can posted outside the house.
Diegetic
sound: footsteps in gravel
-He opens
the trash can and tosses the trash inside.
-He begins
to stare at the trash absentmindedly.
-Nondiegetic
sound: thoughtful soft music fades in
-He reaches
for a box in his pocket and pulls it out revealing a ring
- he tosses
the box with the ring in the trash
Lighting: gloomy/low
key
Scene 6
Nondiegetic sound:
gloomy soft background music
-The main
male lead once again stares longingly at the trash can
-Regretting his
previous choice to throw away the ring he goes to retrieve it
-Once he
retrieves it a barking can be heard.
Nondiegetic:
barking
-He quickly
whips his head around to locate where the sound was coming from
-An eyeline
match determines the source of the noise was a dog
-With a
canted angle and close up the main male lead’s terrified expression is captured
Scene
7
-Through a
point of view shot an exaggerated image of the dog coming towards the main character
is shown
Diegetic
sound: growling
Nondiegetic:
evil tense music
-The main
male lead slowly turns his head (through slow motion) towards the direction he
intends to run
-He begins
to run and the g=dog begins to chase him.
-For comedic
effect multiple variations of the chase is shown even one where the main lead
is actually chasing the dog
Scene
8
-The main
lead gains distance on the dog
Nondiegetic sound:
barking
-The male lead
begins to look around for any sanctuary and spots and open door to a house
- He enters the house and climbs on the first highest thing he spots which is a
couch.
- The dog follows
him, and he begins to scream at it as it rises to its hind legs nipping at the main
male lead’s feet.
Scene 9
-The main
male lead continues to make commotion
-The main
female lead finally makes an appearance and enters from a hallway.
-The main male
lead looks towards the woman and instantly falls in love
Nondiegetic:
exaggerated love music
-With a lovestruck
expression the main male lead subtly confess his love more to himself. Before
he can finish, he hears a sound in the background resembling a rustling sound
an animal would make.
Nondiegetic:
rustling
He looks
towards the direction the sound is coming from.
Scene 10
-When
looking towards the direction he spots a cage with an animal in it.
-With a point
of view shot it is clarified that the animal is a rabbit but a vicious one riddled
with rabies in the eyes of the main male lead
-The main male
lead begins to hear more rustling and looks to his other side and spots a vicious
hamster (in reality it is not)
-Looking in another direction the main male lead spots a dog bed and realizes
the dog that has been chasing him belongs to the woman he fell in love with a at
first sight.
-The woman
tried to gain his attention, but the male was so wrapped in the situation that
he could hear nothing else
-He tilts his
back and let out a distressing statement that was cut off in a comedic way when
the directors name was shown.
